If you need to update your email address or phone number, you can do so our portal.
1. To begin with, please visit 'My Portal'.
Please login using the email address associated with your policy.
2. Once logged in, click the email icon in the top right of the screen:
3. Then select 'something else' from the 'Subject' dropdown field:
4. Finally, fill out the other required fields and let us know what change you require. Eg, Please change my Direct Debit date to the 13th.
A ticket will be automatically created and a member of our customer service team will email you a confirmation within 24 working hours.
